MCALLEN- The Rio Grande Valley is hosting a visit from a first responder of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Retired Assistant Chief Joseph Pfeifer established command inside the lobby of the World Trade Center.

Sunday evening, he was greeted by the McAllen Fire Department at the airport.

CHANNEL 5'S Frank McCaffrey spoke to him about his visit and how he plans to help first responders here.
