WESLACO – The attorneys for a doctor accused of diagnosing patients for profits have asked for an exhibit list.

Dr. Jorge-Zamora Quezada’s attorneys asked the prosecution to turn over the information on Friday.

The list will allow the defense to know which documents the government believes the doctor’s office falsified.

Quezada's attorneys also asked the government to identify which financial transactions are suspected to be part of the money laundering charge.

A list of patients who were either over-treated or misdiagnosed and transcripts of witness testimony at the grand jury will also be shared.

The prosecution will need to provide these documents to the defense by May 1.
