SULLIVAN CITY – A 17-year-old allegedly used a rideshare driver to move two immigrants illegally in the country.

Court documents reveal Jose Vigil took his mother’s credit card to pay for the Lyft ride.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS obtained officer body cam video from the arrest earlier this month.

It all started because police noticed the Lyft driver’s car didn’t have his front license plates.

The rideshare driver is not facing any charges, according to Sullivan City police.
