CBP Officers Arrest Woman with Cocaine Hidden in Cake
HIDALGO – Customs and Border Protection officers discovered $35,000 worth of cocaine hidden inside a cake.
Officers discovered two packages of alleged cocaine hidden inside a cake a 22- year-old woman was bringing from Mexico.
According to the release, CBP officers arrested the American woman arriving from Mexico in a taxicab.
The woman was turned over to the custody of Homeland Security Investigations agents for further investigation.
