EDINBURG - Trooper Moises Sanchez's body arrived Saturday afternoon. 

He was flown from Houston to Edinburg. 

Trooper Sanchez passed away during surgery August 24, four months after he was shot on the job in April. 

Sanchez's body was escorted from the airport to the Legacy Funeral by dozens of Valley law enforcement officers.
