DONNA - Three weeks into the 16-5A division 1 football season, the cream is starting to rise to the top in this ten-team district.  Donna handed Palmview a first district loss in a 31-21 victory.  Mission Veterans held Rio Grande City to a lone touchdown in a 48-7 decision.  Brownsville Veterans outscored PSJA Memorial 44-24.  And in a non-district game, Economedes pitched another shutout, 17-0, in the win over Roma.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has the highlights.
