With the start of the new year, many people are making health and wellness a top priority.

Experts say it's important to stay up-to-date with regular screenings and vaccines. The Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce wants to help do just that with the Mission Community Health and Wellness Fair.

Director of Operations and Special Projects Priscilla Elizondo and Regional Director of Business Development Kathleen Avila spoke with Channel 5 News' Dina Herrera-Garza about the variety of medical services that will be offered at the event.

The fair is free to attend and is scheduled for January 13 and 14 at the Mission Event Center, located at 200 North Shary Road.
