HARLINGEN – The Harlingen Driver License Office will close for several weeks beginning May 11 for renovations.

The Texas Department of Public Safety said the office is expected to reopen in early June.

People needing license assistance can go to the driver’s license offices in Brownsville or Weslaco.

They can also renew their license online or over the phone by calling 1-866-357-3639.
