Man Killed in Brownsville Auto-Pedestrian Crash Identified
BROWNSVILLE – The man killed in an auto-pedestrian crash in Brownsville over the weekend has been identified.
Police say 39-year-old Rolando Refugio was walking along the 2000 block of Minnesota Avenue on Saturday when he was hit by a car. He later died.
The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with police.
The case remains under investigation.
