MCALLEN – The city of McAllen held a meeting Thursday to discuss flooding-related issues.

The meeting took place at the Las Palmas Community Center in McAllen.

Officials discussed the key reasons they believe were the main causes for the major flooding.

McAllen Mayor Jim Darling allowed residents to voice their opinions and ask questions.
