Angelica Lugo was like a second mother to her niece, Krystal Lugo.

Angelica tested positive for COVID-19 in October and died from the virus shortly after being placed on a ventilator. 

"It was pretty much, hospital, ICU, ventilator and then— and then she passed," Krystal Lugo said.

Devastated over the death of their loved one, the family was faced with another problem, this time with the funeral home.
