FALFURRIAS – A superseding indictment was filed against the Brooks county judge.

Judge Imelda Barrera was originally indicted in June for allegations of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Last month, the judge’s attorney argued details lacked in the indictment that would prevent them from properly preparing a defense.
