BROWNSVILLE – Police are searching for four people wanted for aggravated kidnapping and engaging in organized criminal activity.  

According to a Brownsville Police Department press release, the charges stem from an investigation into an incident reported on May 4 at the 7900 block of South Texas Palm Circle.

Warrants for Robert Vasquez, 31, Fernando Pecina, 35, Gabrial Gracia Loera, 38, and Paulita Martinez, 30, have been issued.
