Some residents in the Rio Grande Valley were confused about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s new guideline that was deleted after an error. 

Dr. Robert Martinez, the chief physician executive at DHR Health said this new recommendation is confusing especially to those who are working the front lines. 

“It’s so confusing and I think all that does is turn people off and confuse people and spread misinformation," Martinez said. “And that’s, because this virus is changing — there’s a lot we don’t know — we’re learning every day.”
