WESLACO – The city of Weslaco’s recycling program now has some additional funding.

Last month, the city applied to receive $30,000 for a new trailer to be used as a drop-off location for recyclable materials.

The funds are for recycling projects, community cleanups and illegal dumping public service announcements.
