SAN BENITO--A man is charged in connection to two burglaries in San Benito.
     37-year-old Jose Salvador Flores-Garcia from Brownsville is charged with burglary habitation and failure to identify.
     Police say Flores-Garcia got away with some tv's and a dog from a home on Chapman street.
     Police managed to find the dog.
     In addition to the burglary on Chapman, Flores-Garcia is accused of a second burglary on San Patricio.
