BROWNSVILLE – A Brownsville man accused of issuing phony prescription says he didn’t do it.

Rene Soriano was arrested after a crackdown by federal agents.

He’s accused of selling Cialis and Viagra on several online sites.

Soriano pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
