Some Residents Affected by Flooding May Not Qualify for Assistance
WESLACO – Many people whose homes got flooded are in the clean-up process.
Though many are hopeful for assistance from FEMA, some may not qualify.
One resident tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS that he and all of his neighbors have lost everything.
They are hoping for a disaster declaration from President Trump.
