BOCA CHICA BEACH--DPS said a clean-up group found a suspicious package on Boca Chica Beach Saturday morning.
     According to DPS Lt. Johnny Hernandez, the packages contained some sort of white powdery substance. The white substance will be submitted to a lab to confirm what it is. No word when the test results will be back.
