EDINBURG – The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office took down a stash house Tuesday night.

Twelve Chinese nationals and their alleged smuggler were found hiding in a home on Brushline Road.

Deputies worked the bust through Operation Stone Garden; the county was recently awarded more federal money for the program.

The Chinese men and woman, along with their alleged smuggler are in custody.
