HARLINGEN – An Arizona man moved to the Rio Grande Valley to get a fresh start and live the rest of his days.

He says his last days are coming sooner than expected after losing his medical insurance when he changed states.

Anthony Osborne and his wife moved from Florida to Arizona to the Lone Star State.

So far he hasn’t had any luck with Medicaid offices.
