HARLINGEN – Christmas Day is Dec. 25 and residents can go anywhere in the Valley and know the holiday spirit is alive and well.

Nothing brings out the crowds like a parade, in this case it’s Harlingen’s Downtown Christmas Parade. And the Christmas spirit is very much alive.

Many of the shop owners sent out their holiday greetings to the locals and parade goers.

Christmas time is usually a time to enjoy each other’s company and make new friends.
